Ban the Bag
Plastic bags in abundance has to be one of my biggest pet peeves - everyone and their mother gives out FREE reusable bags so what’s the excuse for going to the supermarket and leaving with 20 bags - usually each only containing one item. It’s a massive waste, huge strain on the environment and hands down one of the easiest changes we as regular human beings can possibly do to help.

I always tell everyone i love going in to KPBS to do the weekend preview and sure enough it doesn’t get old for me. It’s the best opportunity to leave my little bubble up at The Loft and delve around to find out what everyone else around town has going on and also somewhere I get to yap about events that I don’t have to organise.

Trial and error
Not relaxing easily when I only have half a day off, going into the kitchen for a few hours is my way to wind down.
